JUNIOR STATE CUP
The NSW Touch Association (NSWTA) Junior State Cup – Northern Conference, held every year on the last weekend of February, attracts around 360 teams, with approximately 6,500 players and officials in attendance. Approximately 20,000 people converge into the event area for a fantastic few days of great touch footy. The event has been held in Port Macquarie for many years, in 2023 it moved to Dubbo for the first time in a bid to not have the weather impact the tournament, and will continue to be played in Dubbo for the next few years.
This event is when touch football clubs from all over NSW compete to become crowned NSWTA Northern Conference Champions.
In 2019, due to enormous growth, the Junior State Cup was split into Northern and Southern Conferences with finalists progressing to a State Final event held within a couple of weeks following the completion of the Northern and Southern Conferences.
The Manly Touch Experience
Competing at JSC is a great opportunity for aspiring junior players and a chance to be the best team in the state makes this an amazing weekend of touch footy every year.
Manly Touch enters boys and girls Junior teams ranging from U10s (inclusion of the U8 age category has been removed by NSWTA) to U18s.
