Manly Warringah Touch Associations wishes to remind our members that our AGM will be held as per the following:
Date: Wednesday 10th November 2021
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: Clubhouse, Nolan Reserve, North Manly and online via Zoom
Please note the prevailing NSW Public Health Orders determine how many persons will be able to attend the Annual General Meeting in person. Currently, this stands at 25 persons.
If you wish to attend the AGM in person please advise [email protected] as soon as possible to ensure we do not exceed the maximum numbers permitted to attend.
If attending via ZOOM please advise [email protected] by 5pm on Wednesday 10 November 2021 and an Invitation Link and Password will be provided to you.
ZOOM attendees will be held in a waiting room prior to the commencement and be added into the AGM once the meeting starts. The waiting room will open at 6:45pm. All members will be able to ask questions via the chat facility provided. Your questions will be relayed to the relevant person and answered at the appropriate time.
